Hello everyone,
I’ve been a massage therapist since 2014 and a fascial stretch therapist since 2020. Im originally from California, I just recently moved to Arizona June 2021. A little background of myself the last couple years, I worked for chiropractors for the first 5 years of my career then ventured off and started working at a pain management company. During my time at the pain clinic I began working more with athletes on the side. I had the great opportunity of working the BNP pariba open as a massage therapist in their sports medicine facility. November 2020 was when I decided to open Rxtherapeutics.needless to say it was the best decision I have ever made. Thank you to everyone who has been apart of my journey thus far.

Massage Therapy has been around for thousands of years. Till this day it is still in high demand due to the amazing benefits one feels after a session. To start, your therapist will ask you a couple questions on what your goals for the session are and go over what you should expect. Your therapist will then utilize her hands to manipulate the body’s soft tissues. By doing so it creates amazing benefits at the end such as:
-reduced stress
-improved circulation
-stimulates lymphatic system
-helps fibromyalgia pain
-Improved sleep
-relieve postoperative pain
-decrease migraine frequency
-decrease rheumatoid arthritis pain
-improves balance
-improved recovery
Cupping is a form of manual therapy in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of plastic, silicone, or glass cups.
How does it work?
The negative pressure from the cup draws fluid into the area an expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels(capillaries). Your body treats the cupping area like an injury by sending more blood to the area (locally).
Benefits
-decreases muscle tension
-reduces anxiety
-stimulates lymphatic system
-sedates nervous system
